Simple Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:

1. Grated Coconut - 1 cup
2. Ginger - 1/4 Inch
3. Green chilly - 1 No
4. Salt to taste
5. Tamarind a bit

To saute:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1/4 tbsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Curry leaves - a few

Method:
1. Grind all the ingredients.
2. Add oil in a pan and to this add mustard, asafoetida and curry leaves. Add them to the chutney.
