Poha Kheer


½ Cup Poha (Flaked rice)
½ Cup Sugar
4 tbsps Ghee
2 Cup Milk
Cardamom Powder

1.Fry the aval in 1 tbsp ghee till it changes color and grind it coarsely.
2.Later boil the same in 1½ cup milk.
3.Once cooked add sugar to it.
4.Add cardamom powder and stir well and boil for 5 mins.
