Rice Porridge / Kanji

For powder:
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Moong Dhal - 1/2 cup
Jeera - 2 tbsp
Pepper corns - 8 Nos

For Kanji;
Water - 1 Cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

1. Fry the above ingredients dry in a pan one by one.
2. Allow it to cool and then grind into a smooth powder.

For porridge
1.Take 2 tbsp of the powder and mix with water and boil until the powder is cooked.
2.Then add milk and salt.

Note: it is good to have during fever for all ages.
